Serving the Visitor - 2006 Annual Report*
The PSU produces an annual report "Serving the Visitor" that describes how well the NPS is serving visitors to the National Park System. This report includes data from both the VSP in-depth visitor studies and the Visitor Survey Card (VSC) visitor satisfaction studies. Hard copies are available by contacting Margaret Littlejohn at littlej@uidaho.edu.

To download any report, right-click (control-click for mac users) on the link below, and then choose 'Save to Disk..." from the list of choices.
