Welcome to the Visitor Survey Card Project!
The NPS Social Science Program has been assigned the task of developing a standard Visitor Survey Card (VSC) that will be used by all NPS units to measure performance related to GPRA Goals IIaI and IIbI (see Director's Memo, 11 December 1997).

The University of Idaho, Park Studies Unit (UI PSU) is conducting the project, under the direction of Dr. Steve Hollenhorst. Jennifer Hoger, Visitor Survey Card Project Director with the UI PSU, manages the project.

2009 is the 12th year the VSC has been conducted and managed by the PSU.
